Item <br />• Mobilization (equipment and personnel) Costs <br />$1, 750.00 <br />Top Soil Placement $6, 250.00 <br />Soil Prep Fertilizer and Till $1,250.00 <br />Broadcast Seeding $4, 750.00 <br />Hydromulching $5, 750.00 <br />Total Estimated Reclamation Costs $19, 750.00 <br />6.3.5 EXHIBIT E -Map <br />1 Ma s <br />The Mining Map and the Reclamation Map are provided at a scale as shown on the map, and the <br />maps include a north arrow, pertinent corners, and the date prepared. <br />(21 Quarrying Plan Map <br />(a) The Permit $oundary for the Canyon Rim Stone Quarry is shown as the affected area. <br />(b) The applicants are the owners of record within 200 feet of the affected area; the USDI, <br />Bureau of Land Management is the owner of the substance to be quarried. <br />• (c) All major surface features to be used in connection with the proposed operation are shown. <br />(d) The direction that construction material extraction will proceed as shown on the Mining Map, <br />and is described in Section (~ Disturbances under Exhibit C- Mine Plan above. <br />(e) A pipeline and stock tank occur within 200 feet of the affected area. <br />(f) Existing disturbance associated with the Canyon Rim Stone Quarry consists of a ranch road <br />which will not be reclaimed and pre-law mining disturbance which will be incorporated into the <br />proposed operation and reclaimed as described in Exhibit D. <br />(31 Reclamation Plan Map <br />(a) Gradient of all reclaimed slopes is shown on the Reclamation Map, but will be held to less <br />that 3H:1 V. <br />(b) The entire quarry will be vegetated. Shrubs and trees will not be planted as the area is grazed <br />by livestock and shrubs and trees will not likely survive the grazing pressure. Quarry benches <br />will be vegetated where sufficient fractures occur to hold the replaced plant growth medium and <br />`allow for plant root penetration. <br />(c) Ponds will not be a part of the reclamation plan. <br />• (d) No overburden will be removed for this operation; therefore, no overburden will be replaced. <br />
