I apologize for the delay in responding, but this was due to the need to prepare
the amendment and to other obligations. Thank you for your help and advice in this
matter.
As we discussed, and as I discussed with Ms. Erickson of the Denver office of the
Division, I am sending you a copy of the amended application form and the revised
Exhibits as discussed in this letter; copies of these will also be provided to the County
Clerk and Recorder.
In amending the permit boundaries, we did not move the boundary on the eastern and
most of the southern side, because of concerns expressed about too great a change.
The new southernmost point of the permit area is 200 feet north of the southern
property line of the Truelsen property. We believe that we have addressed all the
issues raised both by the adequacy review and by the objectors' written comments
previously provided.
Please call me if you have any questions. Again, thank you for your assistance.
Res cttully,
Nathan A. Barton, PE, DEE
