t:.: i <br /> <br />Lounty: Routt <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control <br />Act, as amended (33 U.S.L. 1251 et. seq.; the "Act"), and the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Act (25-8-101 et, seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) <br />The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Company <br />is authorized to discharge from their Edna Cline, <br />located approximately 3 miles IJor[hwest of Oak Creek, Colorado, <br />via specifically approved discharge points <br />to Trout Creek and its tributaries, and Oak Creek and its tributaries. <br />in accordance }+ith effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />conditions set forth in Part I, II, and III hereof. <br />• This permit shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of <br />receipt of this permit by the Applicant. Should [he Applicant choose to <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other <br />conditions contained herein, he must ccmply with Section 24-4-104 CRS 1973 <br />and the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System.
