The permittee will be required <br />to indicate on or as an attachment to the applicable discharge monitoring <br />reports (DPIR) the specific dates during which the site is inaccessible. <br />During the remainder of the year, the permittee will be required to <br />monitor at the frequencies specified in the permit on page 4a, reporting <br />"no discharge" whenever applicable. <br />Permit Expiration Date <br />This permit's expiration date will be extended from September 30, 1985, to <br />September 30, 1988 as part of this action. <br />Permit Pales Affected by Amendment <br />As a result of this amendment, permit pages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 16a are being <br />modified. Page 3a is being added. Existing page 4a is being renumbered <br />as 4b [o allow for the addition of a new page 4a and to renumber the <br />heading "Footnotes".
