Page 2 - Exhibit 0 • <br />l_J <br />3) Washington Lease: An agreement made February 28, 1959, betcaeen <br />United States Smelting, Refining and Milling Company and Marcy-Shenandoah <br />Corporation and subsequent revisions made by agreement between Washington <br />Mining Company and Standard Metals Corporation; successors to United Smelting, <br />Refining and Milling Company and Marcy-Shenandoah respectively. The original <br />agreement stated provisions for leasing the described patented and unpatented <br />mineral claims ("Sunnyside Properties") in the Eureka Mining District, San <br />Juan County, Colorado, for purposes of extending the Gold King Lower Tunnel <br />into said premises and to conduct exploration, development and mining operations <br />therein through said tunnel. <br />4) 21ogu1 Lease: A lease, originally dated August 17, 1949, be'=ween <br />[he Mogul Milling Company and Sunbank Corporation, whereas, Standard Metals <br />Corporation, succeeding under this lease, has obtained all rights to use the <br />workings (listed as eighteen patented mining claims in San Juan Counl:y) <br />therein, for all uses and purposes incident to its mining operation :in the <br />leased premises and in other properties, and for any and all other uses and <br />purposes, including the right to remove from the leased premises, ship, <br />treat, sell and dispose of a21 ores, materials and minerals taken thE~refrom <br />under the agreements in said lease. <br />5) Mill and Tailings Properties: All affected lands described in the <br />main body of this application and in Exhibit A lie within the boundaries of <br />patented and unpatented millsite, placer, and lode claim properties cwned <br />solely by the applicant, Standard Pietals Corporation. <br />STANDARD METALS CORPORATION <br />Gerald J.
