• • Renewal <br />Permit No. CO-0000426 <br />EXH161T N, RULE 2, Section 2.12 ' <br />REGULAR PERMIT, COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD ~ COUnty: San Juan <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control <br />Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq; the "Act"), and the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Act (25-8-101 et. seq., CR5,1973 as amended) ' <br />Standard Metals Corporation, <br />is authorized to discharge from Wastewater Treatment Facilities for the Mayflower <br />Mill, ~ . <br />located at Silverton, Colorado, <br />Lo the Animas River, <br />accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />~nditions set forth in Parts 1, II, and III hereof. <br />This permit shall become effective thirty. (30) days after the date of <br />receipt of this permit by the Applicant. Should the Applicant choose to <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other <br />conditions contained herein, he must comply with Section 24-4-i04 CRS 1973 and <br />the Regulations for the State Discharge Permit System. Failure to contest any <br />such effluent limitation, monitoring requirement, or other condition is consent <br />to the condition by the Applicant. <br />This permit and the authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight, <br />March 31, 1982.
