<br />EXHIBIT E <br /> <br />THE FORT LYON CANAL COMPANY <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Reclamation will consist of grading which will not exceed a 3:1 slope, topsoil will be <br />placed on the premises and a range land grass mix will be seeded to the property according to <br />NRCS specifications. This post-mining reclamation will maintain the premises as range land. <br />This reclamation will be ongoing so that Applicant does not exceed a disturbed mining area <br />of 10 acres at any onetime. Reclamation procedures will be done in cooperation with the Bent <br />County NRCS office and written reports will be furnished in a timely manner. <br />
