<br />EXHIBIT C <br />THE FORT LYON CANAL COMPANY <br />RECLAMATION PERMIT APPLICATION <br />PRE-MINING AND MINING PLAN MAP <br />An aerial map from the Bent County Farm Service Agency is attached portraying the <br />44.5 acre parcel. The surface owner of the S% of Section 3, Township 22 South, Range 48 <br />West of the 6"' P.M. is the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners. The surface lessee <br />from the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners is Ruben Wollert, 7595 County Road <br />LL, Lamar, Colorado 81052 telephone no. 719-336-5182. The owner of the N'/: of Section 3, <br />Township 22 South, Range 48 West of the 6th P.M. is Ruben Wollert and Doris Wollert. <br />Access to the property is from Bent County Road 34 west along the north boundary of the Fort <br />Lyon Canal to the mining site. According to the Bent County Abstract Company, existing <br />easements are held by Greeley Gas Company, 209 Sage, Lamar, CO 81052; AT&T, 1099 <br />North Meridian, Suite 1000, Indianapolis, IN 46204; Southeast Colorado Power Association, <br />P.O. Box 521, La Junta, CO 81050; Forte of Colorado, 5307 West Loop 289, Lubbock, TX <br />79414; and Colorado Interstate Gas Company, 8438 County Road 1, Lamar, CO 81052. <br />The existing topography of the area with contour lines is depicted on the attached <br />USGS quadrangle map. The total area of Affected Landis portrayed on the attached survey. <br />Present vegetation is range land grass according to the attached information from the Natural <br />Resources Conservation Service, USDA. Also attached is a soils map of the property. No <br />water will be exposed for this mining operation. There are no significant, valuable and <br />permanent man-made structures on the Affected Land or within 200 feet of the Affected Land. <br />An aerial photo of the property is attached. <br />
