Reoortirt¢ oC Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Pali I.B.1 shall be oa a moo v basis. Monitoring resttlta shall be <br />summarized for month and reported as Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forma (EPA form 3320- <br />1). The forma shall be mailed to the agencies listed below so they are received no later than the 28th day of the <br />following month. If no discharge occurs during the reporting period, 'No Discharge' shall be reported. <br />The DMR forms consist of four pages -the top 'original' coPY~ sad three attached no-carbon-required copies.
