The permezhility of <br />' Altvan - Loamy Plains the Dix soil is rapid, the available wzter capsc;.ty is <br />irnv, surface runoff is rapid and the erosion hazard is <br /> high. The Altvan series in this complex is a decd, well <br /> drained soil. with a dark grayish brown sandy roam surface <br />' texture and a dark grayish brown heavy sandy loar and <br /> sandy clay loam subsoil texture.
