Please address the following items in <br />detail as soon as possible. <br />Affected Lands <br />The Affected Lands ,gap and Mining Map are not consistent. The strip of <br />land between the A~ynolt property and Afann Lake must be included in one of the <br />permits if it is going to be disturbed. Also, portions of the Land to be <br />disturbed by this operation are included in T. P, Construction Company's F1ann <br />Lake permit (No. 77~-525) and will require an amendment to that permit rather <br />than inclusion in this permit. Please amend this application accordingly. <br />Exhibit D - Mininy Plan <br />1. Please note the typographical error in the second sentence. I assume <br />that this should read 10.9 acres. <br />2. Will the trees along the west portion of the site be destroyed? The <br />staff requests that these trees be saved, pezhaps by incorporating them into <br />peninsulas. <br />3. A discussion o` the house located within the extraction area is lacking <br />in the application. Will this house be removed prior to mining? If not, <br />please explain how ::ts structural integrity [ai 11 be maintained. Dces PSPC <br />have an agreement with the ocmer of the house? <br />
