The as-built haul road location, and the horizontal and vertical alignment is shown on Exhibit 13-20.1A.
• The road width is adequate for the anticipated volume of traffic.

•
Density tests and proctors were taken to ensure proper compaction of all fill areas. These test results
can be found in Addendum H-1. All fill was placed in accordance with specifications found in Tab 13
of the approved permit. The road structure appears to be stable, evidencing no indications of cracks,
deep rutting, settlement, or slope instability. Side cut slopes are 1.SH:IV or flatter and cut slope
stability is not a problem at this time. The fill slopes were constructed at a slope of 2H:IV or less
which should cause no stability problems. The road slopes were hydroseeded and mulched in
September.
The as-built drawing replaced the design drawing.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, field adjustments made during the construction of the
structure are in conformance with the Rules and Regulations and the intent of the approved design
plans and specifications as approved by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division.
cR;°~ ° °~~srF~
~~~ MAY 12 2000
Micha (~j'(~Itavilla ?
