Technical Revision No. 21 The purpose of this revision was to request approval for temporary impoundments (stock tanks) in reclaimed areas and to abate NOV C-90-054. Seneca intends to utilize these temporary impoundments as permanent stock tanks in the future. The information provided in this revision will establish the necessary data and procedures to be used in support of a future request for permanent impoundments. Technical Revision No. 22 This revision requested construction of a separate, trapezoidal emergency spillway channel in existing Pond 008 to comply with the recent changes in the CMLRD regulations. The diversion system above the pond was reevaluated and minor changes were proposed to it as well. Technical Revision No. 23 This revision was necessary to update the reclamation plan. Due to a decrease in coal demand from the customer, mining activities have not advanced as shown on the existing mine plan. Therefore, reclamation activities have not progressed according to the reclamation plan. Revisions were necessitated to the mine and reclamation plans to reflect the change in customer demand for coal. Topsoil Stockpile JJ and the current location of ramps into the pit were also revised. Technical Revision No. 24 This revision was submitted for approval of the as-built calculations and drawings for Pond 008 to abate NOV C-92-018. Technical Revision No. 25 This request was for approval to install culvert Numbers 62 and 63. Technical Revision No. 26 This revision was in response to the Division's adequacy concerns related to the second five-year renewal of Permit C-80-005. These responses addressed iss ues identified in the Divisi on's letters dated July 27, July 31, August 24, August 26, and September 9, 1992. TR-37 7 Revised 04/05
