I disturbance boundary for topsoil removal and placement of spoil. The <br />revision included an incidental permit boundary change of approximately <br />7,4 acres and an overall increase in the disturbance area of 26.7 acres. <br />Technical Revision No. 15 <br />The purpose of this revision was to change the monitoring frequency <br />requirements of sediment Ievels. Sediment surveys have been performed <br />annually since 1985. All previous surveys and accumulated data were <br />reviewed and evaluated. The data indicated a less frequent survey <br />schedule would still provide accurate and reasonable information. <br />Technical Revision No. 16 <br />The revision pertained to delaying reclamation activities in the Wadge <br />scraper pit and Auger Area E. These areas were to be utilized as a surge <br />pile during the winter months, and Auger Area E was going to be used as <br />the portal facilities for the development of the Cow Camp underground <br />reserve area. <br />Technical Revision No. 17 <br />• This request was used to revise the Wadge deadhead route and related <br />drainage control. It also permitted access roads to Ponds 004 and 008. <br />Approximately 12.6 acres were added to the permit area, with a total <br />increase in disturbance area of 28.9 acres. <br />Technical Revision No. 18 <br />This request related to revising culvert sizing and locations, and ditch <br />locations in response to Division inspections in May and September, 1989 <br />in which a request was made to update the Surface Water Control Plan. <br />Technical Revision No, 19 <br />This revision pertains to a delay in reclamation at the area around the <br />solid waste disposal site and a modification of the reclamation <br />schedule, specifically related to reclamation of the lower Wadge haul <br />road system. <br />Technical Revision No. 20 <br />As a result of the Division's mid-term review dated January 17, 1990, <br />. this revision was submitted to incorporate revised or updated <br />information into the Seneca II Permit Application Package to reflect the <br />TR-37 6 Revised 04/05 <br />
