Technical Revision No. 15 The purpose of this revision was to change the monitoring frequency requirements of sediment Ievels. Sediment surveys have been performed annually since 1985. All previous surveys and accumulated data were reviewed and evaluated. The data indicated a less frequent survey schedule would still provide accurate and reasonable information. Technical Revision No. 16 The revision pertained to delaying reclamation activities in the Wadge scraper pit and Auger Area E. These areas were to be utilized as a surge pile during the winter months, and Auger Area E was going to be used as the portal facilities for the development of the Cow Camp underground reserve area. Technical Revision No. 17 • This request was used to revise the Wadge deadhead route and related drainage control. It also permitted access roads to Ponds 004 and 008. Approximately 12.6 acres were added to the permit area, with a total increase in disturbance area of 28.9 acres. Technical Revision No. 18 This request related to revising culvert sizing and locations, and ditch locations in response to Division inspections in May and September, 1989 in which a request was made to update the Surface Water Control Plan. Technical Revision No, 19 This revision pertains to a delay in reclamation at the area around the solid waste disposal site and a modification of the reclamation schedule, specifically related to reclamation of the lower Wadge haul road system.
