Minor Revision No. 5 - Wolf Creek Auguring
This was an extension of auger mining to the Wolf Creek area. Previous
technical revisions (Technical Revision #3) addressed the main aspects
of auger mining at the Seneca Mine.

Minor Revision No. 6 - Topsoil Variance
This revision requested a variance from topsoil salvage in two steep
areas at the Seneca Mine (Wolf Creek and Wadge areas).
Minor Revision No. 7 - Haul Road Reconstruction
This revision addressed haul road reconstruction in order for auger coal
to be loaded out of Pit ••B".
Minor Revision No. 8 - Wolf Creek Drilling Plan
In order to define the coal reserves and depths in the lower Wolf Creek
area, a drilling and reclamation plan was submitted under this revision.
Minor Revision No. 9 - Truck Wash
The truck wash, which was approved in Minor Revision #3, was to be
located next to the Wadge Impoundment. PCC decided that locating this
facility next to the PM (Preventive Maintenance) Shop would be more
efficient and thus this revision was submitted.
Minor Revision No. 10 - Sone Yard/Stream Buffer Zone
This revision addressed two items:
A. Eone Yard - Requested a small area exemption for runoff to be
treated from the bone yard.
B. Stream Buffer Zone - Establish and posting of a stream buffer
zone near Grassy and Little Grassy Creeks.
Minor Revision No. 11 - Herbicide Spraying
In order to facilitate clean up of the old bone yard, PCC requested that
Diquat and Spike Tref lan be used to kill and control weeds over a short-
term and long-term basis.
Minor Revision No. 12 - Thick Wash Pond
This revision requested permission to construct a fresh water supply
pond for the truck wash.
Minor Revision No. 13 - Topsoil Removal Ahead of Mining
PCC requested permission to remove 15 acres of topsoil in advance of
mining in the Wadge east pit.
