The site is a part of the larger Hanna Ranch facility, and a portion <br />of the site is located within the City limits of Fountain. The site is'/z mile northeast of <br />the Nixon power plant, on the west side of Interstate 25, approximately two miles south <br />of the Fountain Exit. <br />The following conditions and notations were placed upon this approval: <br />CONDITIONS: <br />1. This approval is contingent upon the applicant obtaining and <br />maintaining compliance with a valid reclamation permit from the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology. In addition to these <br />conditions, the operation shall be governed and limited to that <br />permit. <br />2. If or when required, a copy of the Stormwater Management Plan <br />and permit application shall be submitted to EI Paso County <br />Planning Department and EI Paso County Department of Public <br />Works for review and comment. <br />27 E.
