~,; <br />Resolution No. 84- 44 <br />Page 2 <br />12. The site plan shall be modified to illustrate: <br />a. Location of hot mix plant; <br />b. Location and size of settling pond; <br />c. Permit area boundaries; <br />d. An operating plan specifying a planned sequence to <br />occur as the operation proceeds so as to avoid disturbing <br />rehabilitated areas during later excavations. <br />e. An operating plan specifying reclamation this summer <br />of areas in which mining activity was completed in <br />previous years. This condition specifically pertains <br />to the portion of the pit which lies closest to Highway <br />82. <br />13. The applicant shall provide the County Environmental Health <br />Office and Environmental Coordinator with copies of any <br />future submissions made to the State Mined Land Reclamation. <br />Department and/or U.S. Forest Service regarding permits, <br />the operating plan, reclamation and performance bonding. <br />14. The applicant shall work with the County Environmental <br />Coordinator, the Bureau of Reclamation and the U.S. Forest <br />Service to develop an appropriate Reclamation Plan and <br />Bond to insure conformance with the conditions of the local <br />zoning (special review) resolution as required by C.R.S. 1973. <br />34-32-109(6). The Reclamation Plan shall include, in addition <br />to the provision proposed by the applicant as Exhibit "E" <br />to the Special Review application, the detailed revegetation <br />procedure described in the attached Highway Department <br />Memo dated September 17, 1980. Phased reclamation shall <br />occur within two (2) years after each phased excavation <br />and the entire site shall be completely reclaimed within <br />two (2) years of the last date of operation. <br />15.
