I will answer you letter <br />in the format you requested. <br />APPLICATION FORM <br />This is an application for a ]Limited Impact Permit, therefore <br />the application fee is correct. <br />EXHIBIT B - MINING PLAN <br />1. As stated above, this. is an application for a Limited <br />Impact Permit. <br />2. The map submitted outlines the entire Zellitti Property <br />in Green and the area to be mined in Blue. This was to fulfill <br />the requirement of showing adjacent landowners. (Rule 3.11 (4)) <br />3. Topsoil will be stripped to a depth of 6-10 inches. <br />Approximately 10,000 cu. yds. will be stockpiled. <br />EXHIBIT C - MAP <br />1. This map is a photocopy of the U.S.G.S. Loma Linda <br />Quadrangle Map. Scale 1" = 2000'. The outlined area is 660 <br />ft. square. <br />2. Topsoil will be stockpiled in the North East Corner of <br />the area to be mined. <br />3. There is an existing road to the pit. <br />4. At this time Pueblo Paving does not know the final shape <br />of the pit, but it will be contained in the 10 acres. <br />
