(1) Measures to minimize disturbance to the hydrologic balance, prevent off-site drainage and
provide for a stable configuration of the reclaimed area consistent with the proposed future
use of the land.
This dry pit operation will not affect the hydrologic balance of the area. The edges of the pit will be
left slightly higher to prevent off-site drainage. This plan will provide for a stable configuration of
the reclaimed area that will be consistent with the proposed future use as rangeland similar to the
surrounding areas.
(m) Specify whether the deposit/ore will be processed on site.
It is possible that a portable crushing spread may be brought on site to process the material for the
applicant.
(n) Identify the primary and secondary commodities to be mined/extracted and describe the
intended use.
The only material to be mined is sand and gravel. There is no other material available as a secondary
commodity. The material will be used by the applicant for constriction aggregates on projects in
the area.
(o) Name and describe the intended use of all expected incidental products to be
mined/extracted by the proposed operation.
As stated in "n"above, there are no incidental or secondary commodities to be mined from this site.
Sand and gravel are the only products that are present and will be used as various construction
aggregates.
