That <br />portion of the North Face shaded in blue on the enclosed reclamation map will <br />be reclaimed by grading, leveling, spreading of fines and available topsoil. <br />This operation will require approximately one month. Planting and mulching <br />will require approximately two weeks. This area will be available for <br />reclamation by 1986. The remaining permitted area will be reclaimed as mining <br />proceeds to the north. Acres to be reclaimed under this application are 4.1 <br />acres. <br />Those roads not included in the areas to be reclaimed will be left as access <br />roads for future use. <br />Total acreage involved in crusher site, turn around and stockpile area is 2.7 <br />acres. This area will be reclaimed and vegetation established as per report <br />by Soil Conservation Service. Reclamation on the crusher and stockpile area <br />will be completed when the clay deposit is depleted. Total disturbed acreage <br />under this plan is 36.7 acres. <br />i -Maximum slope will be 35°. <br />ii, iii, iv - See EXHIBIT I for report from Soil Conservation Service. <br />v - Where topsoil is available, it will be spread over the spoil area <br />2 - 6" deep. <br />EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map - See attached map. <br />EXHIBIT G - This operation will not directly affect surface or sub-surface water. <br />EXHIBIT H - Please refer to sts tement prepared by the State Wildlife Division and <br />submitted herewith. <br />EXHIBIT I - Please refer to statement prepared by the Soil Conservation Service <br />and submitted herewith. <br />EXHIBIT J - Please refer to statement prepared by the Soil Conservation Service <br />ans submitted herewith. <br />EXHIBIT K - Climatological factors for Pueblo County are: average temperature - <br />High - 85°F, Low - 16°Fg average precipitation - 11.5"~ average anwfall - 32". <br />High winds of 30 mph in the spring are the cause of frequent dust storms. <br />These winds are out of the north. <br />
