Dear Ms. Zack,
We are writing in response to your correspondence of May 29, 2007. Please find below
Lazsen Colorado, L.L.C. response to the additional items and information outlined in
your correspondence.
For your convenience, we have addressed each numerical item outlined in your
correspondence with the same numerical number.
1. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. has previously provided the proof of publication of the
public notice circulated in the local newspaper, all owners ofrecord of surface and
mineral lands, easement holders, and owners of record of surface lands that are within
200 feet of the boundary of the affected land.
2. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. provided maps, signed by a registered land surveyor at our
meeting of June 4, 2007.
3. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C, provided revised maps including contour lines with numeric
topographic points of reference at our meeting of June 4, 2007.
4. Larsen Colorado, L.L.C. has conhacted with the City of Canon City to purchase
water fox the site.
