<br />SOURCE OF LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER EXHIBIT G <br />The surface and mineral owner of the property is AtiIIoJLarry Menegatti of Walsenburg. He has <br />given permission to Mike Ferrero of Trinidad [o enter the property for the purposes of gravel <br />mining, processing and the selling of these products. See the letter on the following page. Also <br />enclosed in this section is the letter from San Isabel Electric Association which owns an easement <br />for single phase power poles through the property. The enclosed letter describes the precautions and <br />setbacks that the operator must make to maintain the poles in proper condition.
