<br /> <br />LISTS OF OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED EXHIBIT F <br />The following permits are needed for the site: <br />1) County (special use) approval -this document is being supplied to the Huerfano County Planning <br />office for approval. <br />2) CDMG permit <br />No water discharge permit is needed from The Colorado Department of Health since the pond will <br />contain the 100 year - 24 hour event. No spill and containment plan is needed since fuels, oils and <br />grease will not be stored on site. No air emissions permit is needed since the site will beproducing <br />less than 70,000 tons per year and will produce less than 2 tons per year emissions.. No Corps of <br />Engineers permit is needed since the site is far away from any drainage to be out of any 100 year <br />floodplain.
