This damage agreement is entered into by and between the "Ownet", Ted L. Franciscotti, whose mailing address is 2455 County Road 613, Walsenburg, CO. 81089, and Fremont Paving and Redi-Mix, Inc, whose address is 839 Mackenzie Avenue, Canon City; CO. 81212. Fremont Paving and Redi-Mix, Inc. agrees to provide compensation far any damage to struetures related to the mining of the above described property including damage repairs to man-made structures within 2~ feet of the affected area.
