Franciscotti property, located in tfie SEJ4, Section 34 end the N2 of the NE/4 Berrien 3; T26S, R67WE, 6's Colorado F.M. in Huerfaoo County, Colorado amounting to 306 acres or less. Permanent structures owned by Ted L. Franciscotd are within 200 feet of the land to be affected. These structures consist of the following: • Wire fences/gates • Roads/driveway/gates • headgates and irrigation ditches • Water cistern and piping • Power utility poles, wires and transformer • Old scale-house and scale Pursuant to Rule 6.3.12 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations, State of Colorado, Division of Minerals and Geology, the applicant will provide a ootarized agreement between the applicant and the person {s) having an interest in the structure that the applicant is to provide compensation for any damage ur the said structure. This damage agreement is entered into by and between fhe "Owner", Ted L. Frenciscotti, whose mailing address is 2455 County Road 613, Walsenburg, CO. 81089, and Fremont Paving and Redi-Mix, Inc, whose address is S39 Mackenzie Avenue, Canon City; CO. 81212. Fremont Paving sad Redi- Mix, Inc. agrees to provide compensation far any damage to structves related to the miming of the above described property including damage repairs to man-made strucwres within 200 feet of the affected area.
