This topsoil will then be dumped into <br />the pits and onto the slopes and then grnded with a dozer or <br />grader. <br />The east pit will not be mined further. <br />The topsoil already stockpiled onsite will be used to allow a <br />sufficient growing medium for the east pit. This soil Mill be <br />tested for the needed amendments which will be added. The <br />equipment grading the soil will compact the soils, the seed as <br />approved by the NACS will b• broadcast seeded rather than drill <br />seed.
