The operator should more fully describe the proposed methodology <br />for cover and production sampling. In addition the monitoring plan <br />for the Williams Fork Pit proposes measurements in only the final <br />two vears of liability. The freouencv of monitorino in this olan <br />should be increased. <br />RESPONSE: Pages 2.04.4-24 through 2.04.4-25, and page 6 of Exhibit <br />24 have been revised to address these issues. <br />1. The operator plans to utilize the reclaimed rangeland for grazing. <br />Restrictions in the first 2 or 3 years should be considered.
