This <br />information will be incorporated into Exhibit 24, Williams Fork <br />Strip Pit °~clamation Plan following approval by CMLRD. <br />Until such time that Exhibit 24 is approved by the DMLRD, Empire <br />Energy Corporation commits to reclamation of the Williams Fork <br />Strip Pit as described in the presently approved Permit C-044-81 <br />document. <br />g. The operator proposes retention of all structures in the town <br />loadout reclamation plan. The Division will require a letter from <br />D&RG requesting retention of these structures, and indicating a <br />desire to retain the site for industrial use. A letter from Moffat <br />CountY_or the City of Craig concerning land use should also be <br />submitted. <br />RESPONSE: Page 2 of Exhibit 23 has been revised to include removal <br />of all structures and facilities at the town loadout. <br />h. The operator should clarify plans for sealing portals, which <br />indicates both the construction of reinforced concrete walls, and <br />the utilization of waste concrete from the site demolition.
