Air • pollution control measures are discussed in detail in Section 2.05.6. 2.05.5 Post-Hininq land Uses The implementation of the detailed Reclamation Plan is contained in Section 2.05.4 will restore the land affected by surface operations and facilities within the permit area to the pre-mining use as undeveloped land, This restoration will be specifically accomplished by grading the area to create approximate original contour, restoration of drainage patterns to their original function, application of mulch, followed by the seeding of the seed mixture set forth in Section 2.05.4. Erosion will be controlled on the newly seeded area through the use of mulch and a drainage and sediment control plan until vegetation has been sufficiently established. The lands will also be protected from noxious weeds or other biological processes such as animal grazing until the stands are sufficiently established to support projected use. • The proposed land use as undeveloped land for the reclaimed area is identical to the pre-mining land use found in the area. No change in land use is expected in the proposed land use categories. Therefore, the proposed land use will be consistent with the historic land use on lands within the current permit area. The consideration of undeveloped land with some wildlife habitat as the post-mining land use is identical to the discussion in Section 2.04.3. The limitations on changing to an alternative land use are fully discussed in that Section. Approval from existing state and local government units is not necessary to restore the pre-mining land use because the post-mining land use will be consistent with the pre-mining use as indicated earlier.
