If <br />climatic conditions such as severe drought dictate that irrigation must <br />be used at some future date, a detailed irrigation plan will be <br />submitted to the Division for approval prior to the implementation of <br />any irrigation program. <br />Pest and Disease Control <br />Peerless Resources Inc. has no problem committing to providing <br />information to the Division should any pest or disease control measures <br />be necessary. Prior to implementation of any pest or disease control at <br />the site, Peerless Resources, Inc, will submit a plan to the Division <br />for its approval. No pest and disease control measures will be <br />undertaken without first receiving approval from the Division. <br />Measures for Determining Success of Revegetation <br />Because the area has been previously disturbed by past mining <br />operations, the success of reclamation at the planned surface facilities <br />and portal entries will be determined as explained in Section 4.15.10. <br />Reclamation Soil Testing Plan <br />In order to assure that the graded area will support the proposed <br />post-mining land use, a sampling program will be implemented.
