Dear Mr . Loye :
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation of today in
which we agreed to the following additions to our 110 Permit
Applications .
Exhibit A: Increase the expected areas of disturbance by 2
acres for each pit except Sokol , which would re-
main at 7 . 5 acres and Dellacroce , which would
be increased by 3 . 0 acres to 9 acres . We under-
stand that it will be necessary to ammend our
permit if any of the pits exceed the anticipated
disturbance acreage .
Exhibit B: We are agreeable to seeding the top soil stock
piles with the recommended seed mix, we will
advise the Soil Conservation Service of your
recommendations .
Exhibit C : We will mark by dashed lines the anticipated area of
disturbance for each pit . We expect these photos
by the middle of November.
Exhibit D : Jack Vayhinger of the Division of Wildlife will
provide us with a specific Wildlife report for each
pit location as soon as his field personell can
be free after hunting season. If the Wildlife staff
finds something that requires particular attention,
our operations are flexible enough to accomodate
their recommendations .
Exhibit E : The seeding plan provided by the Soil Conservation
Service provides for drill rates to the best of our
knowledge . We will work with the Soil Conservation
Service in determining the areas that will benefit
from mulching.
