situated mining ind peclamation pernit a1gJ11cr,i:i n for the 15 aL•ove captioned
operations. Therefore, enclose,! please find the permits for tllPsc orr_rntlons.
Pleas:' note that the ni,plication matnrials suhrlittnd by you are attached to
these permits and should he considered nn lotegrnl part thereof. Slnee no
surety l:as required of E1 Paso County, these permits are dated October 23,
1g80, the date of Poard approval .
1 011 expect the aerial photos describing the areas to be mined (other then
the Vc1 lacroce Pit) when you have them ready. This will complete the require-
ments set by the Board for thhseppermits.
As per our phone conversation of today, I suggest that E1 Paso County should
apply for n mining and reclamation permit on the proposed landfill removal
operation. However, the application should be no more conplax than necessary.
