Quarry benches will be vegetated where sufficient fractures occur to hold <br />the replaced plant growth medium and allow for plant root penetration. <br />(c) Ponds will not be a part of the reclamation plan. <br />(d) No overburden will be removed for this operation; therefore, no overburden will be <br />replaced. <br />(e) Available plant growth medium will be evenly distributed over the mined out quarry <br />floor. A plant growth medium depth of 4 to I4 inches is anticipated. <br />63.6 EXHIBIT F -Other Permits and Licenses <br />A Conditional Use Permit from Las Animas County will be required and has been <br />applied for(See attachment 12). The processing equipment will be pernutted by the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment if applicable. The pond collects water that drains from the southwest of the quarry. No water <br />from the quarry drains into the pond. The rock quarry will have no affect on the stock <br />. pond. The location of the stock pond is shown on Attachment 1. <br />
