The material will be grass hay or cereal grain straw. (Both <br />referred to se straw in these recommendations) <br />j.) The normal rate of application shall be 1y,000 pounds per acre <br />of air-dry material. <br />!y.) At least 50 percent of the mulch by weight shall be 10 inches <br />or more in length. <br />5.) The straw will be free of noxious weeds. <br />6.)
