<br /> <br />Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan <br />1. The overburden will be left in place along side <br />the quarried marble faces. This overburden will be <br />graded and configured into benches conformable with the <br />existing mountain side. <br />2. Gradients of the reclaimed slopes will range from <br />3 to 1 to 2.25 to 1. These steeper slopes will be <br />compatible with the existing mountain side and will <br />contain the non erosible rock material. <br />The quarried area will have clean face cuts of <br />40 to 80 feet with intervening benches of 40 to 60 feet. <br />3. Topsoil will be distributed 4 to 6 inches in depth <br />upon the affected side slopes and the regraded <br />overburden areas. <br />9. The site will be seeded immediately after the snow <br />has melted in the spring. The area to be seeded will <br />be disced. Fertilizer will be applied at a rate of <br />90 lbs. per acre of phosphorus. <br />5. Grass seeding of the reclaimed areas will be <br />accomplished in the following manner: <br />A mix of 20g of Orchard Grass <br />30~ of Pubescent Wheat <br />and 50~ of Lincoln Smooth Brome; <br />to be broadcast at a rate of 26 lbs. per acre. <br />No shrubs or trees will be planted. <br />6. The application method for the grass seeding will <br />be hand broadcast. <br />7. No mulch will be applied to the seeded areas. <br />8. No ponds, streams, roads or buildings will <br />remain after reclamation. <br />9. Waste rock will be incorporated into the existing <br />mountain landscape. <br />10.
