Water <br />court decrees and diversion records identified through <br />these indices are available to the public at the SEO <br />located at 1313 Sherman St., Centennial Building, <br />Denver, CO 80202. <br />2. The July 1, 1981, SEO tabulation which is a list of <br />water rights in Colorado prepared under the express <br />direction of the Colorado Legislature and available to <br />the public at the SEO. <br />3.
