The report is divided into five (5) sections: Section I - <br />Water Rights in Colorado; Section II - Roatcap Creek Basin Water <br />Rights; Section III - Stevens Gulch Basin Water Rights; Section <br />IV - Coal Creek Basin Water Rights; and Section V - Terror Creek <br />Basin Water Rights. Appendices exist at the end of each basin <br />section that summarize water rights that have been approved, or <br />are pending, for adjudication along with tables of diversion for <br />ditches where records are available between 1961 through 1981. <br />The reader is encouraged to review Plate 1 and evaluate the <br />information presented in each section to gain a better <br />understanding of water rights within the AOI. <br />~~ <br />• <br />-3- <br />
