4.14.6 REGRADING OR STABILIZING RILLS AND GULLIES <br />Rill and Gully monitoring is not required (Technical Revision dated 2/14/03). If rill and gullies <br />are noted they will be stabilized using energy dissipaters at the beginning and along the erosion <br />path as required. Examples of energy dissipaters aze straw bales held in place with rebaz and <br />vegetation clumps, i.e., grass or small shrubs. If vegetatrion clumps are used the disturbed areas <br />will be leveled by hand and seeded with the approved mix. Vegetation masses will be taken <br />from within the permit area using hand methods. <br />The repaired areas will be hand seeded with the approved seed mix. <br />Permit Renewal #4 06/28/04 120 <br />
