4.05.15 WATER RIGHTS REPLACEMENT <br />Water rights for the mining operation are or will be obtained from three sources. <br />1. Spring below Harvey Gap Resevoir <br />2. Water dischazge from the Eastside Mine <br />3. Water from a well to be developed later <br />Augmentation water for threw water tights will be obtained from Ruedi Reservoir through the <br />West Divide Water Conservancy District. The Augmentation Plan is included in Appendix F. <br />No water rights replacement aze required for the ongoing reclamation activities. <br />Permit Renewal #4 06/28/04 119 <br />
