P.E. dated June 8, 1992 that is <br /> stamped with the engineer's stamp. <br />I~ ~3. Submittal of a fugitive dust permit, it necessary, from the Air guallty Division of the <br /> Colorado Department of Health. <br /> t3tipulatloas: <br /> 1. All mtntna and reclamation activities shall be completed On or before July 20, 2002. <br /> 2. Washing of materials shall be perarttted only if the applicant can obtain the correct well <br /> penults from the Colorado Division of Water Resources. Prior to any washing activities the <br />' applicant shall submit evidence from the State Engineer that the existing well has been <br /> <br />1 properly permitted. <br />~,(~l 3. No stockpiles of materials shall be allowed within 50 feet of the centerline of West Bijou <br />" ~6~ Creek (100• total). and all stockpiles outside of this area shall be oriented in a north-south <br /> direction so as to not lmgede and divert flood events. <br />~ <br />~~( 4. Hours of operation shall be 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days per week. If the applicant <br />requires additional hours of operation or hauling, the Director of Planniag and <br />Development shall review such proposals and shall have avthorlty to authorize changes in <br />hours of operation and hauling upon finding of no significant impact to surrounding <br />property owners abutting the site or along the haul route.
