The Divisicn has reviewed your request to <br />raise the speed limit .from 10 mph to 30 mph and has approved the <br />request as follows: <br />The following changes to the Fugitive Particulate Emissions Control <br />Plan will be made to_the permit at the time oP final approval. Zn <br />the meantime for these changes to be valid a copy of this letter <br />must be attached to your initial approval permit: <br />Condition No. 4 now states "Vehicle speed on unpaved roads and <br />disturbed areas shall not exceed a maximum of 30 m.p.h.
