Prior to any increase in daily or annual production rates, the applicant shall submit <br />a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to Division review <br />and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate <br />matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and <br />made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Production of coal shall not exceed 1,600 tons per day or 400,000 tons per year. <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />The following emissions of total suspended particulates (TSPI and particulate matter of less than <br />ten microns (PM~o) are estimated based on the production rates listed above. This information is <br />listed to inform the operator of the Division's analysis of the TSP and PM,o emissions. This <br />information is listed on the Division's emission inventory system. <br />This permit is for mining related activities only, Any process equipment (i.e. crushers, screens, etc.) <br />to be located at this site must have a separate permit from the Division. <br />Dennis M.
