Fina! land use for each portion of affected land is not portrayed /srillsl <br />Response - 5.b. -The permit application indicates rangeland post-mining land use for all <br />affected areas. <br />Response - 5.a. -The Reclamation Plan Map indicated two contour lines, at 40' interval. <br />Contour line 5840' was located immediately downslope of the mining limits line, and <br />contour line 5880', located within affected areas and incorporated within the 3H:1 V <br />backfilled area. <br />Pursuant to Rule 6.4.61a1, DMG requested additional information describing final slope rate <br />and slope direction for reclaimed areas. Operator clarified that except for the 3H:1 V <br />highwall, reclaimed areas would be final graded to provide gentle east facing slopes, <br />approximately 1 - 3 %.
