Response - 3.a. and b. -Rule 6.4.41e), states that the purpose of the approximate
timetable is to establish the relationship between mining and reclamation during the
different phases of the mining operation. The applicant has committed to
contemporaneous reclamation, which clarifies the relationship between mining and
reclamation.
Timetables within the application approximate eighteen months required for completion of
mining and reclamation for Units I -III and the four acre stockpile/processing area
(approximately 13.36 total acres).
