Response - 2a. and b. -The Mining and Reclamation Plans and Maps (Plans and Maps)
indicate that although the permit area includes approximately 158 acres, mining operations
will only affect approximately 104 acres. The entire area to be affected by the proposed
operation, including all areas to be mined, are depicted by the Plans and Maps, in
accordance with Rules 6.4.3, 6.4.4, 6.4.5 and 6.4.6.
