Description: <br />Condition: ruins; unaltered; original site. <br />The present site consists emains of an incline chute, <br />mine dump, and mine road. <br />The original mine was a small coal mining operation of the "wagon mine" <br />variety which supplied [he local domestic market. Coal was hauled from <br />the mine by horse and then loaded into wagons by way of an incline chute, <br />the remains of which are still visible. <br />8.
