The nearest named drainway is HALL GULCH which is a tributary to 1~IIDDLE <br />TALLAHASSEE CREEK, a earthen berm will be constructed by compacting overburden 24 inches <br />high with the top of the berm approximately 3-4 feet across and the side slopes at a 2H:1 V. The <br />material used will be from the excavated site. This will keep the storm water from running off site. <br />All "Best ManagementPractices" (BMP) as defined by the USA Environmental ProtectionRgency <br />(EPA) will be employed by the operator. <br />(d) A wildlife statement is not required. It is unlikely that any wildlife species will be <br />impacted negatively. However accordingto the Fremont County Soil Survey providedby the NRCS <br />which is included in this reportlapplication the potential as habitat ranges from very poor to fair. <br />Please see all of the attached NRCS data included in this report for further details. <br />Pages 27, 35, 36, and 37 for soils descriptions.
