REVISED EXHIBIT "G"
As set forth in the revisions of Exhibits "D", "E" and "F", with
specific reference to Exhibit "F"', a standing pool of water of 10 acres
net in Parcel A will result at the end of reclamation and a standing
pool of water of .9 acres net will result upon the reclamation of Parcel
B.
This will be the extent of the operator's reclamation given the
relayering of overburden and topsolling around the perimeters, proper
sloping of these perimeters into the water, supplementing soils, if
necessary, above the water and revegetating above the water.
As set forth on the revisions of Exhibits "D" and "E", should the
owner wish to at some time in the future refill these ponds, which Is
undetermined, as Is the future use of the property, he is aware of a
further need to cane before the Board to reclaim these standing pools of
water. Also, as stated, if a significant amount of materials, more than
set forth herein, are available from the excavation of the overburden to
permit mining in the first instance, then a reappearance before the
Board will occur to amend the Reclamation Plan by the Operator. It is
not anticipated at this point that the estimates of soil available would
create any significant difference. Reclamation could vary as much as a
quarter of an acre in terms of land reclaimed around the perimeter.
The initial Exhibit "G" speaks to the question of evaporative loss.
REVISED EXHIBIT "G" - Water Information
