REVISED EXHIBIT "F"
The Initial Exhibit "F", Plan of Final Contour, is hereby amended
to read that the reclamation as set forth on the map will be the reclamation
of the operator. Any references to the area reclaimed being easily
twice that shown around the perimeter is deleted .
As stated in the revisions of Exhibit "D" and "E", the exposed pool
of water In Parcel A wlII be ten acres net and the exposed pool of water
in Parcel B will be .9 acres net.
As a result, then, In Parcel A, 2.46 acres will be exposed around
the perimeter to be revegetated at the slope set forth in Exhibit "D".
With regard to Parcel B, .8 acres at the slope set forth in Exhibit "D"
will be around the perimeter revegetated. This is a total areage of
3.26 acres above the water.
It should be noted, however, that the grading requirements of a 3
to 1 slope for 10 feet below the water table will result, between the 2
parcels, In another 2.5 acres approximately ( it may vary by as much as
1/4 of an acre) being also subject to reclamation but, again, this would
be below the water table not requiring any revegetatlon nor soil supplementation
to support revegetation.
Finally, with regard to evaporative loss, please see Exhibit "G"
and Revised Exhibit "G".
