b. The Green River~in the extreme northwestern corner <br />of the state; <br />• c. The Whits Rivar Prom the Utah state line to Rio <br />Blanco Reservoir near Meeker, Colorado; <br />d. The Colorado Rivar from the Utah state line to <br />Rifle, Colorado; <br />e. The Gunnison Rivar from the Colorado River <br />confluence to the confluence with the Uncompahgre River; and <br />f. The Ban Juan Rivar in the extreme southwestern <br />corner of the state. <br />Similarly, Jefferson and Boulder counties have populations of the <br />threatened plant, Ute ladies' tresses orchid (Sui anther <br />diluvialis). A survey for this plant may be necessary in these <br />counties and other parts of the state before approval may be <br />given under this permit. <br />•12. Any activity authorized under this permit may not occur in a <br />component of the National Wild and Scenic River system, or in a <br />river officially designated by Congress as a "study river" for <br />possible inclusion in the system, while the river is in an <br />official study status. <br />. 13. An activity <br />but not limited <br />hunting rights. <br />may not impair reserved tribal rights, including, <br />to, reserved water rights and treaty fishing and <br />14. An activity which may affect historic properties listed, or <br />eligible for listing, in the National Register of Historic Places <br />is not authorized by this permit until the Corps of Engineers has <br />complied with the provisions of Title 33, Code of Federal <br />Regulations, Part 325, Appendix C. The prospective permittee <br />must notify the Corps of Engineers if the activity may affect any <br />historic properties listed, determined to be eligible, or which <br />the prospective permittee has reason to believe may be eligible <br />for listing on the National Register of Historic Places, and <br />shall sot begin the activity until notified by the Corps of <br />Engineers that the requirements of the National Historic <br />Preservation Act have bean satisfied and that the activity is <br />authorized. Information on the location and existence of <br />historic resources can be obtained Prom the Colorado State <br />Historic Preservation Officer. <br />• 7 <br />
